Malika Washington
Malika Washington, daughter of a native New Yorker and a Cuban immigrant, was born in the ‘melting pot’ of the world - New York City. During her childhood, she lived in various states and learned to respect and appreciate all individuals and the diversity associated with them.
In 2008, Malika relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she met her best friend and eventual husband, Greg Washington. Although blessed with a beautiful blended family, something was missing. Malika was unsure about her purpose in life. After prayer and encouragement from Greg, Malika decided to continue her education. She is now a two-time graduate of Point University. Malika earned her Associate of Arts in Human Relations in 2012, then immediately returned to Point and earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Relations in 2014. She graduated at the top of her class, receiving the honor of Magna Cum Laude.
Malika also possesses a Master of Social Work Degree from Campbellsville University. The educational and biblical knowledge she gained throughout the years supports Malika in her pursuit of “nursing” souls and helping those in crises transition from one level of life to the next.
