Greg was born and raised in Houston, TX, on September 20, 1970. He had the opportunity to call California and Florida "home," as his family traveled during his father's military service. Greg is a graduate of Point University, where he received his BA in Christian Ministries. Greg is married with five awesome children.

In the summer of 2018, Greg resigned from his role as Director of Youth Programming and began focusing his efforts on the TYRO Program - City of Refuge's latest reentry initiative. Through TYRO, Greg promotes leadership and fatherhood. He currently facilitates TYRO Dads classes for incarcerated fathers and TYRO Leadership classes with staff members of organizations throughout Georgia.

His history in the community is far from perfect, but that history is his motivation. He believes his testimony allows him to connect with - and understand - those who he's in contact with. Greg loves the fact that work isn't just working for him, but rather an opportunity to minister, serve, and help create a generation of leaders.
